An Act for making Articles of Agreement entered into by Amos Meredith Efquire, and "Johanna his Wife, as well in her own Behalf as in Behalf of their feven Children, all Infants, and by Thomas AJhcton Efquire, in Behalf of his Son an Infant, touching the Partition of the Eftate of Robert Cholmondeley, late of Holdford in the County of Che/ler, Efquire, deceafed, now remain- ing unfold, obligatory on the faid Infants, and render- ing the faid Partition effectual and binding to all Parties. 16. An Act to eftablifh and confirm Articles of Agree- ment relating to the Tithes and certain Glebe Lands, within the Pariih of Leigh, in the County of Wor- cejler. 17. An Act to enable Percy Wyndham Efquire, and other the Devifees of Henry Earl of Tbomond and Vifcount Tadcajler, deceafed, to take and ufe the Surname of Obrien, purfuant to the Will of the faid Earl of Tbo- mond and Vifcount Tadcafter. 18. An Act for enabling William Morden Efquire, and his Heirs Male, to take and ufe the Surname and Arms of Harbord, purfuant to the Defire of Harbor d Harbor d Efquire, deceafed. 19. An Act for exemplifying the laft Will of Arthur, late Earl of Anghfey, and for making the fame Evidence in all Courts of Law and Equity in Great Britain and Ireland. 20. An Act for naturalizing Daniel Beaufort, John Girar- dot de Chancourt, and John Cahuac. 21. An Act for the Sale of, certain Pieces or Parcels of Ground, Meffuages, and Buildings, at Park-place, in the Parifh of Saint James, in the County of Middle/ex, Part of the fettled Eftate of Charles Duke of Grafton; and for fettling other Lands to the fame Ufes, in lieu thereof. 22. An Act for repealing a Power in the Marriage Settle- ment of Thomas Duke of Leeds, with Mary his now Wife, and for creating a new Power inftead thereof 5 and for other Purpofes therein mentioned. 2j. An Act for the Sale of two Clofes of Meadow Ground in Well Harnam in the County of Wilts, being the fettled Eftate of John Home, unto the Right Ho- nourable Henry Earl of Pembroke, and his Heirs ; and for laying out the Money arifing by fuch Sale, in the Purchafe of another Eftate, to be fettled in lieu thereof. 24. An Act to impower Henry Earl of Carlijle to make Leafes of Coal Mines and Coal Works, lying within his fettled Eftates in the County of Northumberland, for any Term not exceeding ninety-nine Years. 25. An Act for vefting all the Manors, Towns, Lands, Chiefries, Fee-farm Rents, and other Hereditaments whatfoever, in the feveral Counties of Lowth, Meath, and Sligoe, and elfewhere, in the Kingdom of Ireland, late the Eftate of Francis Earl of 'Carlingford, deceafed, in Truftees, to be fold for the Payment of his Debts, and other the Purpofes therein mentioned. 26. An Act for vefting the feveral Caftles, Manors, Towns, Lands, and Hereditaments of Mountague, Lord Vifcount Bliinddl, of the County of Doivne in the Kingdom of Ireland, in Truftees, for raifing (after the Death of the faid Vifcount) the Sum of ten thoufand Pounds for the Portion of Mary, Lady Raymond, his Daughter ; and for other Purpofes therein men- tioned. 27. An Act to enable James Cavendijl) Efquire, com- monly called Lord James Cavendijh, to take in Great Britain, the Oath of Office, as Auditor General of his Majefty's Revenues in the Kingdom of Ireland, and to qualify himfelf for the Enjoyment of the faid Office. '28. An Act to prevent Sir Job Brooke Baronet, a Luna- tick, from marrying during his Lunacy. 29. An Act for confirming certain Eftates in the County of Hertford, heretofore mortgaged by Sir Charles Buck Baronet, deceafed, to the Truftees of Fidke Greville Efquire, during his Minority, to him and his faid Truftees, difcharged from the Equity of Redemption, which the Infant Son and Heir of the faid Sir Charles Buck now hath therein, and in full Satisfaction for Principal and Interelt due thereon ; and for other Pur- pofes therein mentioned. 30. An Act to impower the Truftees named in the Will of Sir William Pole Baronet, deceafed, to make Leafes of Part of his Eftate, during the Minority of his Son Sir John Pole. 31. AnAft for vefting Part of the Marriage Portion of Mary, late Wife of John Walcot Efquire, and alfo Part of his fettled Eftate in Truftees for raifing Money to pay Debts ; and for fecuring an Equivalent for the . fame, for the Benefit of his Heir Male. 3z. An Act for Sale of feveral fettled Eftates of Walter Radcliffe Efquire, lying in the County of Devon ; and for laying out the Monies arifing from fuch Sale, in the Purchafe of other Lands in the faid County of Devon, of equal Value, to be fettled to the fame Ufes, in lieu thereof. 33. An Act for Sale of certain Eftates of Valentine Knightly Efquire, in the County of Northampton ; and for fet- tling another Eftate in the fame County, to the fame Ufes, in lieu thereof. 34. An Act for vefting the fettled Eftate of Michael Harvey Efquire, in the County of Leicefler, in Truftees, to be fold ; and for applying the Money arifing by fuch Sale for difcharging the •Incumbrances affecting his Eftate in the County of Surrey ; and for fettling that Eftate in lieu of the Leicejlerjhire Eftate, and to the fame Ufes. 35. An Act for confirming a Conveyance from the fur- viving Truftees of the Charity eftablifhed by the Will of John Bentley Efquire, deceafed, of the undivided fixth Part of Ficket's Field in the County of Middle- fex, to the furviving Affignees under the C°mmiffion of Bankruptcy awarded againft William Hammond, late of Change Alley, London, Goldfmith and Banker, de- ceafed. 36. An Act for fettling certain Meffuages, Lands, and Hereditaments, in Great Driffield in the County of York, Part of the Eftate of James Manual, late of New Malton in the fame County, deceafed, to the Ufes mentioned in certain Articles of Agreement made be-r tween the Widow and the Daughters and Coheirs of the faid John Manual. 37. An Act for vefting Part of the fettled Eftate of Robert Lucas Efquire, and Alary his Wife, in Truftees, to be fold ; and for applying Part of the Money arifing by fuch Sale, in the Purchafe of an Eftate contracted for, 1 in order to be fettled together with other Lands of the faid Robert Lucas, as an Equivalent for the faid fettled Eftate, and to the like Ufes. 38.
