An Aft for repairing the High Road from Borough Bridge in the County of York, to Catherick in the fame County, and from thence to Piers Bridge on the- River Tees. 8. An Aft for repealing certain Duties on Spirituous Li- quors, and on Licences for retailing the fame, and for laying other Duties on Spirituous Liquors, and on Li- cences to retail the faid Liquors. 9. An Aft to enable the Parifhioners of the Parifh of Saint Botholph without Aldgate, in the City of Londony. to raife a certain Sum of Money, for Payment of Debts already contracted for the Relief and Maintenance of the Poor of the faid Parifh. 10. An Aft for repairing the Roads leading from Marl- borough, through Wejl Kennet to Shepherd's Shord; and from the Hare and Hounds in Beckhampton, to the Top of Cher ill- Hill ; and from the Town of Avebury to the Crofs-way at Beckhampton in the County of Wilts. ir. Ah Aft to explain and amend the Laws touching the Eleftions of Mernbers to ferve for the Commons in Par- liament, for that Part of Great Britain called Scotland, and to reftrain the Partiality, and regulate the Conduft of Returning Officers at fuch Eleftions. 12. An Aft for repealing the feveral Rates and Duties upon Victuallers and Retailers of Beer and Ale, within the Cities of London and WeJlminfler, and the weekly Bills of Mortality ; and of transferring the Exche- quer Bills unfatisfied thereupon, to the Duties for Li- cences to fell Spirituous Liquors and Strong Waters by Retail ; and alfo for enabling his Majefty to raife a certain Sum of Money for the Service of the Year one thoufand feven hundred and forty-three, to be fur- ther charged on the faid Duties for Licences. 13.
