An Act for continuing and making more effectual an Act paffed in the ninth Year of the Reign of his late Majefty King George the Firft, for repairing the Highways from the City of Gloucejier to the Top of Birdlip-hill, being the Road to London ; and from the Foot of the faid Hill to the Top of Crickley-bill, being the Road to Oxford. 22. An Act for continuing an Act made in the thirteenth Year of the Reign of his late Majefty King George the Firft, intituled, An Ail for amending and repairing the Roads from Luton in the County of Bedford, to Weft- woodgate in the faid County, and for repairing the Roads from Luton to Saint Alban's in the County of Hert- ford. 24. An Act for rectifying Miftakes in the Names of the Commillioners for the Land Tax for the Year one thoufand feven hundred and forty-two, and for the ap- pointing other Perfons, together with thofe named for the faid Year, to put in Execution an Act of this pre- fent Seffion of Parliament, intituled, An Ail for grant- ing an Aid to his Majefty by a Land Tax to be raifed in Great Britain, for the Service of the Tear one thoufand feven hundred and forty-three. 25. An Act to make the Hamlet of Bethnal Green in the Parifh of Saint Dunftan Stepney, in the County of Mid- dlejex, a feparate and diftinct Parifh, and for erecting a Parifh Church therein. 39.
