P R. The two Acts continued for 21 Years. CAP. VII. An Act for enlarging the Term and Powers granted by an Act pafTed in the thirteenth Year of the Reign of his late Majefty King George the Firft, intituled, An Ail for repairing the Reads leading from the Town 0] Bromfgrove to theTown of Dudley in the County of Worcefter; and from the [aid Toivn of Bromfgrove /s the Town of Birmingham in the County of Warwick ; fo far as the laid Act relates to repairing the Roads leading from the Town of Dudley to the Town of Bromfgrove in the County of Worcejler ; and for making the fame more effectual. An Act for laying a Duty of two Pennies Scots, or one fixth Part of a Penny Sterling, upon every Scots Pint of Ale and Beer which fhall be brewed for Sale, brought into, tapped, or fold within the Town of Kirk- caldy, and Liberties thereof. An Act for enlarging the Term and Powers granted by two Acts of Parliament, one of the firft, and the other of the twelfth Year of the Reign of his late Majefty King George the Firft, for repairing the High- ways between Tyburn and Uxbridge in the County of Middlefex ; and for amending the Road leading from Brent-Bridge, over Hanwell- Heath, through the Parilhes of Hanwell, New-Brentford, and Ealing, to the great Weftern Road in the faid County. An Act for explaining, amending, and making more effectual two Acts of Parliament, one palled in the ninth and tenth Years of the Reign of his late Majefty King IVilliam the Third, for erecting Work- 'houfes, and Houfes of Correction, in the Town of King/Ion upon Hull, for the Employment and Main- tenance of the Poor there ; and the other paffed in the eighth Year of the Reign of her late Majefty Queen Anne, for the more effectual Provifion of the Poor of the faid Town.
