Provided always, and be it further enacted by the Authority aforefaid, That if any Perfon or Per- fons fo fufpected and apprehended as aforefaid, fhall find him, her or themfelves aggrieved by any Judg- ment or Determination which fhall be given or made by any Juftice or Juftices of the Peace by virtue of this Act, it (hall and may be lawful to and for fuch Perfon or Perfons fo aggrieved (unlefs he, fhe or they have twice before been conviited of the fame Offence) to appeal unto the Juftices of the Peace in their Appeal to the General Quarter-Seffions, which fhall happen to be held next after fuch Judgment or Determination Qil-"'t«-Sefiions. given or made, who are hereby authorized and impowered to give fuch Relief, and make fuch Order therein as to them fhall feeni .meet ; and fuch Judgment, Order or Determination as (hall be, by them made upon the f. id Appeal, fhall be final to all Intents and Purpofes whatfoever. III. Provided alfo, That this Act fhall not extend to alter or repeal any Law now in Force, for the Provifo.
