And be it further enacted by the Authority aforefaid, That the feveral Claufes in an Act made in ClaufesinsGee. the fifth Year of the Reign of his late Majefty, intituled, An Aft agalnft clandeftine running of uncufiomed '• "•}*• a 6 3lnft Goods ; and for the more ejfeftual preventing of Frauds relating to the Cuftoms, relating to fuch foreign Goods, ft^ed Goods" Wares, and Merchandizes, as fhall be taken in at Sea, out of any Ship or Veffel, in order to be landed or put into any other Ship, Veffel, or Boat ; and alfo relating to Goods not reported, and found after clearing Ships ; and whereby further Remedies are provided againft relanding Goods prohibited to be worn in this Kingdom, and foreign Goods (hipped out for Parts beyond the Seas ; and alfo relating to the open- ing or altering the Package of Goods on board Ships outward bound; and alfo relating to hovering Ships or Veffels of -the Burthen of fifty Tons or under ; and alfo concerning the Bales or Package in which Coffee fhall be exported ; and alfo relating to Rum imported in Cafks or Veffels, not containing twenty Gallons at the leaft ; and alfo relating to Certificate Goods entered in order to be exported to Ireland i which faid feveral Claufes were to have Continuance for the Term of three Years, from the feveral Times of the Commencement thereof, and from thence to the End of the then next Seffion of Parliament refpec- tively ; and by another Act paffed in the ninth Year of his faid late Majefty's Reign, were continued from 9 Geo. s. c. 8. the Expiration of the feveral and refpective Terms therein mentioned, for the Term of five Years, and from thence to the End of the then next Seffion of Parliament; and which faid Claufes, by an Act made in the fecond Year of the Reign of his piefent Majefty, were further continued until the twenty-ninth a Geo. 2. c. 2S. Day of September one thoufand feven hundred and thirty-four, and from thence to the End of the then next Seffion of Parliament ; and which faid Claufes by another Act made in the eighth Year of the Reign s Geo. 2, c. 21. of his prefent Majefty, were further continued from the Expiration thereof, until the twenty-ninth Day of September one thoufand feven hundred and forty-two, and from thence to the End of the then next Sef- fion of Parliament ; fhall be, and are hereby further continued from the Expiration thereof, until the faid C T°„ t e m I ued : firft Day of June one thoufand feven hundred and forty-feven, and from thence to the End of the then « Father conti- next Seffion of Parliament. ^ nued by 27 Geo. 2.
