4 has arifen, whether the Exporters of Wheaten Flour, and Malt ground or unground, are entitled to Exporters of 4 the Bounty by Law allowed to thofe who fliould export the fame, by Reafon it is not exprefly provided Wheaten Flour 4 by the faid Act, That Wheaten Flour, and Malt ground or unground, fhould be exported to Ireland as »'-d Mali ground,. 4 well as whole Corn ;' Be it therefore enabled and declared by the Authority aforefaid, That the faid A6t Bount allowed was meant and intended to extend to all Corn and Malt that was ground, as well as whole Corn; any f or exporting thing in the faid before recited A6t contained to the contrary in any wife notwithftanding.
