The Rates to be II. And be it further enacted, That the Churchwardens and Overfeers of the Poor, or other Perfons inipefled by any authorized as aforefaid, in every Parifh, Townfhip or Place, fhall permit all and every the Inhabitants Inhabitant, and f the f a id Parifh, Townfhip or Place, to infpect every fuch Rate at all feafonable Times, paying one copies u en.
