And it is hereby further enacted by the Authority aforefaid, That Mafter Jonathan Medley, the Mifter, &c. of prcfent firft Mafter or Governor of the faid United Company or Corporation, and Mafter Humphrey the Company of Negus, the prefent third Mafter or Governor of the faid United Company, and fuch two other Perfons Barbers of tun- as ^ji hereafter be elected and appointed for that Purpofe in purfuance of this Act, and as is herein after ' mentioned, ihall be and they are hereby refpectively eftablifhed and confirmed the Mafter and Governors of the Company or Corporation of Barbers of London, eftablifhed and incorporated by this Act; and ihall continue in, and hold, exercife and enjoy the faid Offices refpectively, until others fhall be chofen, elected and appointed in and to the fame Offices refpectively, purfuant and according to the By-laws, Rules, Orders and Conftitutions of the fame Company; and alio that the faid Jonathan Medley, Hum- phrey Negus, and JVilliam Parker, Luke Maurice, John Barnwell, John Truelove, M'^illiam Haddon, John Negus, Edward Boxley, Samuel Rutter, Robert Scrooby, Richard Swithin, Ediuard Colebcck, Togarmah Jones, and John Guerney, being fifteen of the prefent Court of Affiftants of the faid United Company, and fuch nine other Perfons as ihall hereafter be elected and appointed for that Purpofe in purfuance of this Act, and as is herein after mentioned, fhall be and they are hereby conftituted and appointed the Court of Af- fiftants of the Company of Barbers, made, eftablifhed, and incorporated by this Act; and fhall continue in, and hold, enjoy and exercife the faid Office during their natural Lives refpetively, or until they ihall be refpectively removed out of the faid Office, purfuant and according to the faid By-laws, Rules, Ordinances and Conftitutions of the faid Company of Barbers of London.
