' IT 7 H E R E A S by an Aft parTed in the laft Seffion of Parliament, intituled, An Ail to amend and ' VV render more effectual an Ail pafijed in the fifth Tear of his prefent Majefty s Reign, intituled, An Aft iSO». 2. c. 20.
