That whatever Monies fliall be fo be replaced. iffued out of the faid Surpluffes, Exceffes or Overplus Monies, commonly called The Sbibng Fund, fhall from time to time be replaced by and out of the firft Supplies to be then after granted in Parliament; any thing herein contained to the contrary notwithftanding.
