And be it further enafted, That it fhall and may be lawful to and for the Commiffioners, or Gover- the Mines for nors and DireiPcofS for the time being of the faid Royal Hofpital at Greemvich, or any feven or more of -21 Years, them, from time to time, and at all Times hereafter, to demife and grant all and every, or any of the Mines of Lead, Coal and other R'linerals, as well opened as not opened, within and under any of the afore- faid Lands and Premifl'es, to any Perfon or Perfons, for any Term or Number of Years, not exceeding and to grant tvventy-one Years, and to grant Leafes of all or any of the aforefaid Manors, Lands, Tenements and He- Leafes for ai reditaments, unto any Perfon or Perfons, for any Term or Number of Years, not exceeding twenty-one Years, Years, to take ElFeift in PoiTeffion and not in Reverfion, referving on every Leafe, Demife'or Grant of Mines, fuch Dues, Rent or Rents, and Profits, as they fhall judge moft reafonable, and referving, on eve- ry other Leafe and Demife, the beft yearly or other Rents or Dues which can be reafonably gotten for the without Fine; fame, without taking any Fine, Prismium ov Forepd; and that it fiiall be lawful for the faid Commiffio- and to grant ners, or Governors and Dire£tors of the faid Hofpital, or any feven or more of them, to grant in every fuch Power to work Leafe, Demife or Grant of Mines and Minerals, to the refpeftive Adventurers, Leffee or LefTees of fuch Mines, &c. Mines and Minerals, full Power and Liberty to win and work the fame Mines and Minerals, and to do every other reafonable A£t, and Thing requifite and neceflary for that Purpofe, Condition for X. Eut it is hereby ena£ted. That in every fuch Demife and Leafe,- there fhall be contained a Condition Re-entry on ^f Re-entry for Non-payment of the Rent and Rents thereby refpectively to be referved ; and it fhall be of"Rcnt"&c! requifite for the rcfpeftive Leflees to execute Counterparts of all fuch Demifes and Leafes, and no Claufe ' ' ' fhall be contained in any of the faid Demifes or Leafes, other than in Demifes or Leafes of the faid Alines or Minerals, whereby to give Power to any Leffee to commit Waite, or to exempt him, her or them from Puniflimentfor committing the fame. ' XI.
