Provided always, and be it further enaded, That the Commiffioners of the Treafury, or any three Trearury to dc- or more of them now being, or the High Treaiurer, or any three or more of the Commiffioners of the fray the Charges Treafury for the time being, fhall have Power, and they are hereby authorized, out of any Money remaining of this Aa, ■ in the Receipt of the Exchequer, of or for the Duties, Revenues and Incomes appropriated for the Payment of the faid Annuities of four Pounds /i^r Centum per Amium, to reward all fuch Perfons as fliall be any ways employed in the Execution of this Ad, in relation to the taking in fuch Subfcriptions, or receiving fuch Con- fents as aforefaid, and to defray all fuch incident Charges, as fliall necefiarily attend the Execution of the faid Ad, in fuch Manner as to them fliall feem jufl: and reafonable. XIII. And it is hereby alfo enaded by the Authority aforefaid.
