' Native Country, and have entered themfelves in Foreign Service: And whereas their Continuance ' Abroad muft be of great Prejudice to the Trade of this Kingdom :' In order therefore to induce and enable fuch Perfons to return ; Be it enafted by the Authority aforefaid.
