An Act for the explaining, amending and rendering more efFectual, two feveral Acts of Parliament, one of them pafled in the thirteenth Year of her late Majefty Queen Anne, for making the River Nine or Nen, running from NortJmmpton to Peterborough navigable ; and the other made in the eleventh Year of his late Majefty King George the Firft, for making more efFectual the faid former Act. An Act for enlarging the Terms and Powers granted by an Act palTed in the twenty-fourth Year of his pre- fent Majefty 's Reign, for repairing the High Road leading from Darlijigton in the County of Durham, to Wefl Auckland, and feveral other Roads in the faid County therein mentioned ; and for the efFectual amending the fame. PR. CAP. LXXI. An Act to explain and amend an Act pafled in the twenty-fifth Year of the Reign of his prefent Majefty, intituled. An A£i for repairing the Roads from the Town of Leeds through Harwood, to the South Weft Cor- ner of the hdofures of Harrogate, and from thence in two Branches, one through Ripley over Burage Green, and the other through Knarefborough and Borough-bridge, to Ripon, and from thence to the firji Rill of Wa- ter or Water courfe on Hutton-Moor in the County of York, and for repairing the Sloughs or Rutts on the faid -Moor. An A(S for changing and altering two feveral Roads direded to be amended and widened by an Aft made in the twenty-ieventh Year of the Reign of his prefent Majefty, for amending and widening feveral Roads leading from the Borough of Truro in the County of Corn-wall. P R. CAP. LXXIII. An Aft for building a Bridge acrofs the River Wye, from the Town of Hay in the County of Brecon, to t-he oppofite Shore in the County of Radnor. P R. CAP. LXXIV. An Aft for compleating and finifhing a new Church, and laying out and inclofing a Cemetery thereto, in the Iffand of Portland. P R. CAP. LXXVI.
