That out of all or any of the Aids or Sup- plies granted to his Majefiy, for the Service of the Year one thoufarid feven hundred and fifty-feven, there may and fhall be applied and paid to the faid Commiffioners for building the faid Bridge, or any five or more of them, or to fuch Pcrfon or Perfons as fhall be appointed under the Hands and Seals of the faid Commiffioners, or any five or more of them, to receive the fame, the Sum. of two thoufand five hundred 2,5001. granted Pounds without Account (other than as is herein after directed) to be applied tov/ards purchafing Houfes to the Commif- and Grounds for widening the faid Way, Street or Avenue, and for making the fame more commodious ^'"""s for the and ufeful to the Publick, and for the Payment of other incidental Charges and Expences attending the ^-^ " "* Execution of this A£l;, in fuch Manner, and at fuch Times, as the faid Commiffioners, or any five or *' * more of them, fhall from Time to Time dire6l.
