Which faid Oath fliall and may be adminiftered by any two or more of the other Managers and Diredors. LVII. Provided always. That it fhall and may be lawful to and for the faid Cafhier or Cafhiers, having, , given Security as aforefaid, at any Time or Times before fuch Cafliier or Cafhiers fhall have received any Book or Books from the faid Managers comprehending the faid fifty thouland Tickets as aforefaid, in three Columns as aforefaid, to receive from any Perfon or Perfons who will voluntarily, offer, contribute and ad- vance, the Refidue of any Sum of ten Pounds, or feveral Sums of ten Pounds, upon this A6t as aforefaid^ the Sums fo offered to be contributed or advanced, at one entire Payment, or in fuch Proportions and Maiv- ner as aforefaid, before fuch Cafhier or Cafliiers fhall have received fuch Book or Books ; and the faid Ca-v fhier or Cafhiers fliall give a Note or Receipt, under his or their Hand or Hands, for the Sum or Sums fou contributed, and fhall be obliged thereby, and by this Aft, to give the Bearer of every fuch Note or Re- ceipt, a Ticket or Tickets of the Extream Column of the three Columns Book or Books aforefaid, for . every ten Pounds Co contributed, paid or anfv/ered, as foon as he or they fhall be enabled thereunto by De- . livery of any fuch Book or Books to him or them from the faid Managers as aforefaid j any thing herein con- tained to the contrary notwithftanding.
