XV. And be it further enaded by the Authority aforefaid. XVI. And be it further enafted by the Authority aforefaid. That all the Lands, Tenements and Heredi- '^'^^ Grounds, laments, to be purchafed by virtue and under the Authority of this Aft, for the Scite of the faid Market ^'^^'"g^ Rent* as aforefaid, and all Sheds, Stalls, Stands and other Ereftions, to be built or fet up thereupon, and the (u'* rT"*!^! "'^ Rents and Profits arifing from the fame, fhall be and are hereby vefled in the faid Truflees, and their Sue- veLd It t"*e celTors, for ever; and that they fhall ftand feized thereof in Truft, for the feveral Ufes, Intents and Purpofes Tnidecs, tor the herein after mentioned and declared, concerning the fame; that is to fay, the faid Truflees and their Sue- ur^s and'xruHs ceflbrs, or any five or more of them, fhall, out of the firfl Monies to be borrowed or arifing by granting •'^sfe'ndcxiaiej. of Leafes, or the Sale of Annuities, as aforefaid, or by any other Ways and Means under the Authority of this Aft, pay and difcharge the reafonable Expences of obtaining and paifing this Aft of Parliament • and fhall in the next Place pay ofF and difcharge all Debts that fhall be incurred by the Purchafe of the Ground whereon the faid Market fhall or may be erefted, and all fuch Charges and Expences as fhall ne- cefTarily attend the erefting and conflituting the fame ; and the Rents, Produce and Profits arifing thereby, fhall be applied in paying the Annuity or Annuities to be granted to fuch Purchafer or Purchafers, as afore- faid, folong as any of them fhall live ; and all fuch Savings as fhall from time to time be made by the Death of any fuch Annuitants, fhall, after the Difcharge of all Debts accrued for efFefting the Purpofes of this Aft, be appropriated in Manner herein after mentioned. XVII. And be it further enafted by the Authority aforefaid. That there fhall be paid to the faid Truf- Tolls to be paid tees, or fuch other Perfon or Perfons as the faid Truflees, or any five or more of them, fhall, from time to for Corn fold m time, appoint to receive the fame, the following Sums, by all and every Perfon and Perfons felling any ^^^ Maiktt. Sort of Cocn or Grain, Seed, Malt, Meal or Flour, in the faid Market ; that is to fay, One Penny for every Sack of Corn, Grain, Malt, Meal or Flour ; and. The Toll? • One Half-penny for every Bufhel of Seed.
