XXV. Provided always, and be it further enacSled by the Authority aforefaid. That it fhall Truftees may fufpend the Pay- and may be lawful to and for the faid Truftees, or any nine or more of them, if they fhall "^^'^^ 0^ ^^ Tolls for 3 Yeajs 3 think fit, to fuff'er Corn and Grain, Seed, Malt, Meal and Flour, to be fold for any Time not exceeding the Space of three Years from the opening of the faid Market, without the Payment c£ any Toll ; and alfo to reduce or lefien the Toll, from time to time, as to them, or any nine and may alfo reduce the fame, or more of them, at a publick Meeting alTembled, fhall appear reafonable (Notice of which Meeting fhall be given in the London Gazette, one Week at leaft before fuch Meeting] any thing in this A<3: contained to the contrary notwithftanding. XXVI. Provided always, and be it further ena6led and declared. That no Perfon or Per- Truftees difabied from holding fons appointed or to be appointed by this A61 a Truftee or Truftees for putting the fame in anyPlace of Profit under ihisAft. Execution, fhall have or accept of any Place of Profit arifing out of or by reafon of any Sums by this A61 laid or granted, but fuch Perfon or Perfons fhall be incapable of ailing as a Truftee or Truftees, from the Time of his accepting, and during the Enjoyment of fuch Place of Profit 96 aforefaid. XXVII. And, for continuing a fuiKcient Number of Truftees, for putting this A61 in Exe- cution; Be it further eiia£led by the Authority aforefaid. That when and as often as any Ekaion of new Truftees, Truftee or Truftees fliall die, or by Writing under his or their Hand refufe to a£l, it fhall and may be lawful for>fuch of the faid Truftees as fhall furvive or remain, or any nine or more of them, at any General Meeting, by any Writing or Writings under their Hands and Seals, to ele6l, nominate and appoint one or more fit Perfon or Perfons, in the Room or Place of fuch Truftee or Truftees fo dying or refufing to acfl as aforefaid ; and fuch Perfon or Perfons fo elected, no- minated or appointed, fliall be joined with fuch furviving or-remaining Truftees, in the Execu- ' tion of all and every the Powers in them repofed by virtue of this A61. XXVin. And be it further enacted by the Authority aforefaid. That the firft Meeting of the ^i^^^ Meeting of the Truflees. faid Truftees fhall be on the firft Tuejday in July one thoufand feven hundred and fifty-eight, a;: the Houfe known by the Name of the King's Arms Tavei^n in New Palace Yard, v/ithin the laid Qiy oi lyeflmivjier ; and they fhall have Power to adjourn their fucceeding Meetings, from Power pf Adjournment, time to time, and to fuch Places within the faid City or Liberty, aS they fhall think fit. XXIX. And be it further enacled by the Authority aforefaid. That if any Aftion, Plaint, Limitation of Aaions, Suitor-Information, fhall be commeticed or profecuted againft any Perfon or Perfons for what he or they fnall do in purfuance or Execution of this A61, the fame fhall be commenced within iix
