That the Calhier or Caftiiers of the Cafhierto give Receipts Governor and Company of the Bank of England, who fhall have received, or fhall receive any Part for Money paid in, of the faid Contributions, towards the iaid Sum of fix millions fix hundred thoufand Pounds, fhatl give a Receipt or Receipts in Writing to every fuch Contributor, for all fuch Sums, and that the Receipts to be given fliall be afilgnable by Indorfcment thereupon made at any Time before the the fame made afilgnabJe, fifth Day of January one thoufand feven hundred and fixty, and no longer. XXVI. Provided always. That fuch Cafliier or Cafliiers fhall give Security to the good Liking Calhier to give Security j of any three or more of the Commiflioners of the Treafury for the Time being, or the High Trea- lurer for the Time being, for duly anfwering and paying into the Receipt of his Majefty's Exche- quer, for the publick Ule, all the Monies which they have already received, and fhall hereafter re- .ceive, from Time to Time, of and for the faid Sum of fix millions fix hundred thoufand Pounds, ' and for accounting duly for the fame, and for Performance of the IVufl: hereby in them repoft-d; and iliall, from Time to Time, pay all fuch Monies fo received, and account for the fame, in the snd to pay in the Monies Exchequer, according to the due Courfe thereof. into tije txdicquer.
