That all and every Commiffion and Commiffions heretofoie Commiffions which have been ilTued forth or granted in purfuance of the aforefaid ACl of Parlia- granted to VeiTeis oi ia- ment made and paflTed in the twenty-ninth Year of his prefent Majefty's Reign to the Commander or ^^^'* ^°f<^= ^'^■^ ^"r- Commande s of any private Ship or Ships, or Vefl'el or Veflbls of War in Europe^ fuch Ship or Ships, J^^^^"' ^^"^ ^'"' ^" *^- Veflel or Veflfels, not being refpeCtively of the Burthen of one hundred Tons, and carrying each ten ' Carriage Guns, being three Pounders, and forty Men at the leaft (except fuch Ships or VeflTels of except fucii as (?iali be an inferior Burthen or Force whofe Commiffions fhall be refpeCtively confirmed by any Order in confirmed by the Adik- Writing under the Hand or Hands of the Lord High Admiral of Great Britain^ or the Commiffion- rauy j ers for executing the Office of Lord High Admiral of Great Britain^ or any three or more of them, or any Perfon or Perfons by him or them impowered and appointed) fhall from and after the firft Day of July one thoufand feven hundred and fifty-nine, be null and void ; and the fame, and every are revoked and declared of them, is and are hereby accordingly enaCted and declared to be abfolutely revoked and made null void. and void to all Intents and Purpofes whatfoever.
