An Act for continuing and granting to his Maje/ly certain Duties upon Malt, Muin, Cyder and Perry, for the Service of the Tear one thoufand feven hundred andfixiy; or as are contained in any other A6l'or Acls of Parliament in and by the faid A6f: made in this prefent Seffion mentioned or referred unto, or any of them; and that the faid A6f: made in this prefent Seffion of Parliament, and all and every A6t or Acts of Parliament therein menti- oned or referred unto, as for and concerning the Duties upon Malt continued and granted by the faid Act in this Seflion, and every Article, Rule, Claufe, Matter and Thing relating thereto, in them, any or either of them contained, or thereby referred unto, and now in Force, and not al- tered by this A£t, fliall he in full Force and Effect, and be duly obferved, pradtifcd and put in l# colleding. Execution throughout this Kingdom, for afcertaining, compounding, fecuring, managing, raifing, olleding, levying, recovering, paying, allowing and repaying the Plates, Duties and Impofitions herein before granted, during the Continuance of fuch Rates, J)utics and Impofitions, and for levy- ing, recovering and mitigating the Fines, Penalties and Forfeitures, and for doing all other Matters and Things, as fully and effectually, to all Intents and Purpofes, as if the fame were fpecially re- peated and re-enacted in the Body of this prefent A6t.
