X. And be it further enadted by the Authority aforefaid. And be it further enacted by the Authority aforefaid, That the faid Commiffioners fo to be Certificates of the Pur- appointed, or any five or more of them, fliall be and are hereby required, without Fee or Reward, chafes to be given by the to give their Certificate or Certificates in Writing, under their Hands, to every Proprietor and other ^ommiflioners to the Perfon interefted in the Premifles, expreffmg the refpeiftive Houfe or Houfes, Mill or Mills, Build- °P* '"•' jng or Buildings, Number of Acres or Parcels of Land, and their feveral Abuttals and Boundaries, with the Name or Names of the Perfon or Perfons, Bodies Politick or Corporate, Ecclefiaftical or Civil, and the Sum or Sums he, fhe or they, is or are to receive for the fame; and fuch Certificates and Bills for the Sums refpe£lively fhall authorize the Surveyor General of the Ordnance for the Time being, to make out and due to be made out by allow a Bill or Bills to the Perfon or Perfons, Bodies Politick or Corporate, Ecclefiaftical or Civi), ^^^ Surveyor General of •mentioned in fuch Certificates refpe6tively, and in which Bill or Bills fhall likewife be expreffed the '^eOrdnancej refpedtive Houfe or Houfes, Mill or Mills, Building or Buildings, Number of Acres or Parcels of Land, and their feveral Abuttals and Boundaries, together with the Name or Names of the Perfon or Perfons, Bodies Politick or Corporate, Ecclefiaftical or Civil as aforefaid, and the refpcc^ive Sum or Sums to be paid; and thereupon one or more Debenture or Debentures fhall be prepared for the and Debentures therc- feveral and refpe£live Sums as aforefaid, by the Cleik of the Ordnance for the Time being, and upon to begrantea them^ figned by three or more of the Principal Officers of the Ordnance for the Time being; and fuch with imereft after the Debentures are hereby required to be paid, with Intereft after the Rate of four Pounds per Centum Rate of 4I. per Cent. per Annum, from the Time of demanding the Principal Sums mentioned therein, out of the Money P" '^'^"^• hereby appropriated, or hereafter to be granted by Parliament for the Purpofe aforefaid, by the Treasurer of the Ordnance for the Time being, who fhall take Acquittances from the Perfons in- dorfed thereon; and that immediately from and after the Delivery of fuch Certificates to the Perfons The Truftfes thereupon interefted as aforefaid, the Truftees before mentioned fhall be deemed and adjudged to ftand feifed of '^"'"^^ to fland kkA of the Premiffes mentioned in fuch Certificates refpedtively, to and for the Ufe of his Majefty, his ^'emiiTes, Heirs and Succeflbrs for ever: And if any Perfon or Perfons, Bodies Politick or Corporate, Ecclefi- J" "If,h^£[^//° "' aftical or Civil, fhall wilfully refufe to accept of or receive any fuch Certificate; that then, and in they may d?7ofnedw?th fuch Cafe, it fhall and may be lawful for the faid Commiffioners fo to be appointed, or any five or the Cierk of the Peac«  more of them, to leave and depofit fuch Certificates with the Clerk of the Peace of the faid County forEffex, &c. of EJfex, and fhall make an Entry in their Books of the fame, which fhall be taken and deemed to be valid; and fuch Meffuages, Mills, Lands, Tenements and Hereditaments refpetf^ively, fhall from thenceforth be vefted to the Ufe of his Majefty, his Heirs and Succeffors, as if fuch Certificates had been received by the Parties intitled thereto. XIII.
