Recovery of Penal- XI. Provided always, and be it enaftcd. That all Penalties, all Cofts and Charges of Suit, and ^^^' ^'^' all Sums of A4oney for which any Perfon or Perfons is or are by this Adl made anfwerable, may and fhall be recovered' in any of his Majefty's Courts of Record at JVcJlminfler^ by Aftion of Debt, Bill, Plaint or Information, wherein no EiToin, V/ager of Law, or Protection, nor more than one Imparlance fhall be allowed. And to obviate and prevent all Doubts that have arifen, or may arife, concerning the Claim of Milicia Men in actual Service, to the Guinea allowed, by the faid A61: pafled in the thirty-firft Y'ear of his Majefty's Reign, to every Private Militia Alan ordered out into a£tual Service, and by the faid A£t directed to be paid to every fuch Private Militia Man, by their refpeftive Captains, on Every Militia Man called or before the Day appointed for their marching ; Be it enaded and declared.
