And alfo be it further en adted by the Authority aforefaid, That every Perfori who fhall be Ag«nts maybe appointed, hona fide feifed or pofTefTed as aforefaid of three hundred Acres or more, of Land taxed by virtue of this A(Si, over and above fuch three hundred Acres as is before mentioned, may, and every fuch Perfon is hereby authorized to appoint, by Writing under his or her Hand, one Agent for every three hundred Acres of fuch Land that fuch Perfon fhall be fo feifed or pofelTed of, over and above the firft mentioned three hundred Acres as aforefaid, to be a Commiflioner or Commiffioners for the faid firft Diftri6l ; and alfo that all and every the Lord or Lords, Lady or Ladies of the feveral and refpedlive Manors for the Time being, who fhall be bona fide feifed or poftefTed as aforefaid, of three hundred Acres or more, of Land taxed by virtue of this Aft, may, and every fuch Owner is hereby authorized to appoint, by Writing under his or her Hand, an Agent for every three hundred Acres of fuch Land that fuch Lord or Lady fhall he fo feifed or polfeifed of as aforefaid, to be a CommifEoner or Commiflioners for the faid firfl Diflridt ; and that all and every Perfon and Perfons fo appointed fhall, during the Pleafure of the faid refpecStive Owners, and the Time that fuch Owners fliall be fo feifed or pofTefTed as aforefaid, lilcewife be, and he is hereby appointed a Com- mifTioner for the faid firft Diftrift, together with the Perfons before mentioned, for putting this A61, and all and every the Powers and Authorities herein contained in Execution. And be it further enabled by the Authority aforefaid, That the Lord or Lords, Lady or La- Commiffioners for the dies of the Manors oi MildenhalUnA AJpalh in Mildenhall^ for the Time being, or his, her or their *^^"' ^'"""• Deputy, to be from Time to Time appointed for that Purpofe, by Writing under his, her or their Hand or Hands, the Vicar oi Mildeyihall for the Time being, or his Deputy, to be from Time to Time appointed by Writing under his Hand, and every Perfon who fhall be bona fide feifed or pofTefTed, in his or her own Right, of two hundred Acres of Land, taxed by virtue of this A£l, lying within the faid fecond Diftrift, not being Tenant at Rack-rent, or in the Abfence of any I'uch Perfon, his or her Agent, to be appointed under his or her Hand as aforefaid, Barham Rujhhrooke Efquire, EUJha E'lfcoe Efquire, Ifaac Cook, Richard Hujk, Abraham Bird fenior, Jofiph Ellington, Tho?nas Coe, John Fuller, Thomas Swale and Ifaac Fox, together with the Perfons appointed and to be chofen as herein after mentioned, fhall be Commiflioners for putting this Aft, and all the Powers and Authorities herein after mentioned, in Execution, within the faid fecond Diftrift. V. And alfo be it further enafted by the Authority aforefaid, That every Perfon who fhall Agents may be appointed. be bona fide feifed or pofTefTed as aforefaid of two hundred Acres or more, of Land taxed by vir- tue of this Aft, over and above fuch two hundred Acres as is before-mentioned, may, and every fuch Perfon is hereby authorized to appoint, by Writing under his or her Hand, one Agent for j every two hundred Acres of fuch Land that fuch Perfon fhall be fo feifed or pofiefTed of, over and "above the firft-mentioned two hundred Acres as aforefaid, to be a Commiflioner or Commiflioners for I the faid lecond Diftrift; and alfo that all and every the Lord or Lords, Lady or Ladies of the faid feveral and refpeftive Manors for the Time being, who Ihall be bona fide feifed or pbfTefled as afore- faid of two hundred Pounds or more, of Land taxed by virtue of this Aft, may, and every fuch Owner is hereby authorized to appoint, by Writing under his or her Hand, an Agent for every two hundred Acres of fuch Land that fuch Lord or Lady fhall be fo feifed or polTefled of as afore- faid, to be a Commiflioner or Commiflioners for the faid fecond Diftrift; and that all and every Perfon and Perfons fo appoined, fhall during the Pleafure of the faid refpeftive Owners, and the Time that fuch Owners fliall be fo feifed or pcfTefled as aforefaid, likewiie be, and he his hereby appointed a Commiflioner for the faid fecond D.ftrift, together with the Perfons before-men- tioned, for putting this Aft and all and every the Powers and Authorities herein contained in Execution.
