' May it therefore pleafe your Majefty, that it may be enadtcd ;' And be it enadted by the King's moft Majefty, by and with the Advice and Confent of the Lords Spiritual and Temporal, and<^eneral Licence to any Commons, in this prefent Parliament aflembled, and by the Authority of the fame.
