And be it further enacted, That all and every Perfon and Perfons to whom any Money fhall be ° lder3 "%na< due for Loans to be regiftered by virtue of this Aft, after Order entered in the Book of P.egifter aforefaid, ble ' his, her or their Executors, Adminiftrators, or Affigns, by proper Words of Affignment to be indorfed on his, her or their Order, may affign and transfer his, her or their Right, Title, Intereft, and Benefit of fuch Order, or any Part thereof, to any other ; which being notified in the Office of the Auditor of the Receipt aforefaid, and an Entry or Memorial thereof ai'fo made in the Book of Regiftry as aforefiud, for Orders (which the Officers fhall upon Requeft, without Fee or Charge, accordingly make) fhall intitle fuch Affignee, his, her or their Executors, Adminiftrators, Succeflors, or Affigns, to the Bsnefit thereof,, and Payment thereon ; and fuch Affignee may, in like manner, affign again, and fo toties quoties ; and af- terwards it fhall not be in the Power of fuch Perfon or Perfons who have or hath made fuch Affignment, to make void, releafe, or difcharge the fame, or any the Monies thereby due, or any Part thereof. XXVI. XXVII. And be it further enacted by the Authority aforefaid, That the faid Bills to be prepared and Bills to bear In- made in purfuance of this Act, fhall and may bear an Intereft not exceeding the Rate of four Pounds per tereft at 4 ! - P er Centum -per Annum., and proportionally for any greater or lefs Sum to be contained therein, and to be pay- Cent -l >er Anil «  able to the Bearers thereof refpectively; neverthelefs the faid Intereft mail be abated and faved upon fuch of the faid Bills to be made forth by this Act, as fhall at any Time or Times be in the Receipt of the Ex- chequer, or in the Hands or Power of any Receivers or Collectors of any Taxes, Aids or Revenues what- foever, payable to his Majefty, his Heirs, and Succeffbrs, during fuch Time and Times refpectively, as fuch Bills fhall be or remain in the faid Receipt, or in fuch Hands or Power as aforefaid. XXVIII. XXIX.
