Spirella Pads
Spirella pads are all made of a fine quality of China silk filled wxth the best grade of curled hair. All but style 30 are trimmed with fancy ribbon bow. For prices, see price list.
Bust pad, style 20, illustrated on opposite page, is essential when a more rounded contour of the bust is needed to preserve correct proportions. To attach, sew pad into the corset, the ruffled edge extending above top. Made in two sizes:
- Style 20—8½ inches long each side.
- Style 21—10½ inches long each side.
Heart pad, style 10, illustrated on opposite page, is used to fill in the hollow in front and so preserve an unbroken bust line. To attach, slip inside the front clasp and tack in carefully. Made in one size only.
- Style 10—4½ x 5½ inches
Back pad, style 30, illustrated on opposite page, is used to fill in the hollow below the waist line at back. Can also be used in filling out hip, or any portion of the corset. A most popular and practical pad. Adjust properly when the corset is on the figure. Tack carefully on the inside of the corset. Made in two sizes:
- Style 30—Size 6½ x 7½ inches.
- Style 31—Size 8½ x 9½ inches.
Wing pad, style 40, illustrated on opposite page, is used to fill in the hollows found below large bust on low bust corsets. Adjust properly, pointed edge upward, and tack carefully on one side. Made in two sizes:
- Style 40—Length 12 inches.
- Style 41—Length 15 inches.
