I.——An Act making an Apprgvriation for bringing to the Seat of Government the Dec. 16, 1852. `Vbtes for President an Vice-President of the United States. -—-————-—— Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That a sum not exceeding Appropriation twenty thousand dollars be, and the same is hereby appropriated, out of Ig:>Il"°”;I°f any money in the treasury not otherwise appropriated, for the payment 5e3g,,; °° of the sums due by law to the several messengers of the respective States, as compensation for conveying to the seat of Government, the vote of the electors of the said States for President and Vice-President of the United States.
