The grant made by this act shall operate as a. relinquishment only of the right of the United States in and e to said premises, and shall in no manner affect the rights of third persons therein, or to the usc thereof; but shall be subject to the same; and on application by a duly authorized a ent of the corporate authorities of said town to the Commissioner of the éeucra.1 Land Office, a patent of re1iu— Puteuttoissue quishment, in accordance with the provisions of this act, shall be issued wd its °H`°°*· therefor, as in other cases.
