Quinuey in the lands and annuities of the Stockbridge tribe of Q; mm? *0 ·T¤l¤; Indians, and in the annuities, money, or land to which said Indians now °f‘m%:,';';°%§§ are or may hereafter be entitled under existing treaties, there skull be the Stock- paid to the said John WV. Quinney, out of the moneys now due and pay- b“d$°”· able to the said Stockbridge tribe of Indians, the sum of one thousand dollars, or so much more or less than that sum as shall be declared to be just and proper by the chiefs and head-men of said Stockbridge tribe; A parcel of and there shall also be granted to the said John W.
