Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United Pa aut to States of America in Congress assembled, That the proper accounting chudrouylxud officers of the treasury be, and are hereby, required to pay to the children girundcbildrcu of and grandchildren of Thomas Morris, who was a captain in the Georgia h°““‘“ M°"”‘• line on the continental establishment in the revolutionary war, and who died in the service of the United States during said war, the full amount of the half-pay of a captain of artillery for seven years; to be paid out of any money in the treasury of the United States not otherwise appropriated: Provided, Said heirs, before the payment thereof, exhibit to the secretary of the treasury satisfactory proof that they are the only children and grandchildren of the said Thomas Morris.
