Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United F_ Vincent, States of America in Congress assembled, That the Secretary of the administrator of Treasury be, and he is hereby, directed to pay to Frederic Vincent, J· lg C§f;b;°8;° administrator of James le Caze, the sum of four thousand eight hundred $,%},1, ;,,tg,€sg, and ninety-six dollars and eighty-two cents, which sum appears to be due from Dec. 81, to him on the books of the treasury for advances made to Ohe government 18m' of the United States, in the year seventeen hundred and eighty-three; Provided That the same shall be received in full of all demands against the Government on this account.
