"(1) the existence of any Federal commodity processing program in which such State agencies, area agencies, and providers may be eligible to participate; and "(2) the procedures to be followed to participate in the program.". EFFECTIVE DATE
SEC. 5. This Act and the amendments made by this Act shall take 42 USC 3030a effect on October 1, 1985. note. Approved April 1, 1986.
