Resolved by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That, effective on and after Effective date. March 1, 1986, the Congress hereby ratifies and affirms as law the ^ USC 902 note. February 1, 1986, sequestration order of the President as issued under section 252(a)(l) of the Balanced Budget and Emergency Deficit Control Act of 1985 and as affected by laws enacted after 2 USC 902. February 1, 1986, and before the date of adoption of this joint resolution. Approved July 31, 1986.
