thorized to be appropriated such sums as may be necessary to carry out the provisions of title III, relating to the Commission on Education of the Deaf. Sums appropriated pursuant to this subsection shall remain available until expended or until the termination of the Commission, whichever first occurs. Approved August 4, 1986.
