Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled. That section 11 of the Fish and Wildlife Conservation Act of 1980 (16 U.S.C. 2910) is amended by striking out "and 1985." and inserting in lieu thereof "1985, 1986, 1987, and 1988.". Approved August 7, 1986.
