SEC. 105. (a) Section 505(f) of the Housing and Urban Development Act of 1970 (12 U.S.C. 1701z-4(f)) is repealed. (b) Section 506(c) of the Housing and Urban Development Act of 1970 (12 U.S.C. 1701z-5(c)) is repealed. REPORTS BY THE DEPARTMENT OF JUSTICE

SEC. 106. Section 2101(d) of title 18, United States Code, is amended by striking out the semicolon and all that follows and inserting in lieu thereof a period. REPORTS BY THE DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION

SEC. 107. Section 13 of the Merchant Ship Sales Act of 1946 (50 U.S.C. App. 1746) is repealed. REPORTS BY THE NATIONAL SCIENCE FOUNDATION

SEC. 108. Section 8 of the National Science Foundation Authorization Act, 1977 (42 U.S.C. 1883) is amended by— (1) inserting "and" after the semicolon at the end of paragraph (3); (2) striking out "; and" at the end of paragraph (4) and inserting in lieu thereof a period; and (3) striking out paragraph (5). SEC. 109. Section 201(h) of the Energy Reorganization Act of 1974 (42 U.S.C. 5841(h)) is repealed. REPORTS BY THE OFFICE OF PERSONNEL MANAGEMENT

SEC. 110. (a) Section 5114 of title 5, United States Code, is repealed, (b) The table of sections for chapter 51 of such titlf is amended by striking out the item relating to section 5114. TITLE II—MODIFICATIONS REPORTS BY MORE THAN ONE AGENCY

SEC. 201. Section 203(o) of the Federal Property and Administrative Services Act of 1949 (40 U.S.C. 484(o)) is amended— d) striking out "The Administrator" and all that follows through "shall submit" and inserting in lieu thereof the following: "The Administrator with respect to property disposed of under subsection (j) or (p) of this section, and the head of each executive agency disposing of property under subsection (k) of this section, or under section 13(d) or 13(g) of the Surplus Property Act of 1944 (50 U.S.C. App. 1622 (d) or (g)), shall submit"; and (2) by striking out "personal property so donated and of all real"; and (3) by striking out "donations and transfers" and inserting in lieu thereof "disposals".
