Resolved by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That section 102(c) of the joint resolution of October 9, 1986 (Public Law 99-464) is hereby lOO Stat. 1187. amended by striking out "October 10, 1986" and inserting in lieu thereof "October 15, 1986". Approved October 11, 1986.
