An Act To authorize the construction by the Secretary of Agriculture of a salinity laboratory at Riverside, California.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled. That notwithstanding section 1431(a) of Public Law 99-198 (99 Stat. 1556), there are authorized to be appropriated beginning in the fiscal year ending September 30, 1987, such sums as may be necessary for the planning, construction, and acquisition, by the Secretary of Agriculture acting through the Agricultural Research Service, of buildings and equipment to establish a salinity laboratory to be located at Riverside, California. Moneys appropriated under this Act shall remain available without fiscal year limitation. Approved October 31, 1986.
