SEC. 222. APPOINTMENT OF TRUSTEE OR EXAMINER.

Section 1104 of title 11, United States Code, is amended— (1) in subsection (a), by inserting "or the United States trustee" after "party in interest", (2) in subsection (b), by inserting "or the United States trustee" after "party in interest", and '•""' (3) in subsection (c)— (A) by striking out "court" the second place it appears and inserting in lieu thereof "United States trustee, after consultation with parties in interest", and (B) by striking out "one disinterested person" and inserting in lieu thereof ", subject to the court's approval, one i5A.-»*iiB I disinterested person other than the United States trustee". SEC. 223. TERMINATION OF TRUSTEE APPOINTMENT.

Section 1105 of title 11, United States Code, is amended by inserting "or the United States trustee" after "party in interest". SEC. 224. CONVERSION OR DISMISSAL.

Section 1112 of title 11, United States Code, is amended— i// (1) in subsection (b)— B sjtovs (A) by inserting "or the United States trustee" after "party in interest", -3iil (B) by striking out "or" in paragraph (8), bns i (C) by striking out the period at the end of paragraph (9) and inserting in lieu thereof "; or", and (D) by adding at the end thereof the following: "(10) nonpayment of any fees or charges required under ^^ chapter 123 of title 28.", ^'i " (2) by redesignating subsection (e) as subsection (f), and (3) by inserting after subsection (d) the following: "(e) Except as provided in subsections (c) and (f), the court, on request of the United States trustee, may convert a case under this chapter to a case under chapter 7 of this title or may dismiss a case under this chapter, whichever is in the best interest of creditors and the estate if the debtor in a voluntary case fails to file, within fifteen days after the filing of the petition commencing such case or such additional time as the court may allow, the information required by paragraph (1) of section 521, including a list containing the names and addresses of the holders of the twenty largest unsecured claims (or of all unsecured claims if there are fewer than twenty unsecured claims), and the approximate dollar amounts of each of such claims.". SEC. 225. PREREQUISITE TO CONFIRMATION OF PLAN UNDER CHAPTER 11.

Section 1129(a) of title 11, United States Code, is amended by adding at the end thereof the following: iu, "(12) All fees payable under section 1930, as determined by the court at the hearing on confirmation of the plan, have been aiCi paid or the plan provides for the payment of all such fees on the effective date of the plan.".
