SEC. 2209. EXTENSION OF CERTAIN PRIOR YEAR AUTHORIZATIONS (a) EXTENSION OF AUTHORIZATION OF CERTAIN FISCAL YEAR

1984

PROJECTS.—Notwithstanding the provisions of section 607(a) of the Military Construction Authorization Act, 1984 (Public Law 98-115, 97 Stat. 780), authorizations for the following projects authorized in section 201 of that Act, as extended by section 606(b) of the Military Construction Authorization Act, 1986 (Public Law 99-167, 99 Stat. 983) shall remain in effect until October 1, 1987, or the date of enactment of the Military Construction Authorization Act for fiscal year 1988, whichever is later: (1) Land acquisition in the amount of $830,000 at the Naval Weapons Station, Concord, California. ^(2) Unaccompanied enlisted personnel housing in the amount ijf of $10,000,000 at the Naval Air Station, Jacksonville, Florida. (3) Electrical distribution lines in the amount of $7,200,000 at the Mare Island Naval Shipyard, Vallejo, California. (b) EXTENSION OF AUTHORIZATION OF CERTAIN FISCAL YEAR

PROJECTS.—Notwithstanding the provisions of section 607(a) of the Military Construction Authorization Act, 1985 (Public Law 98-407, 98 Stat. 1515), authorizations for the following projects authorized in sections 201 of that Act shall remain in effect until October 1, 1987, or the date of enactment of the Military Construction Authorization Act for fiscal year 1988, whichever is later: (1) Unaccompanied enlisted personnel housing in the amount of $10,740,000 at the Marine Corps Air Station, Yuma, Arizona.
