Funds appropriated for military construction may not be used during fiscal year 1987 in connection with the basing at any military installation or facility other than Little Rock Air Force Base, Jacksonville, Arkansas, the eight KC-135 tanker aircraft that, as of June 1, 1986, were based at such Air Force base and assigned to the 189th Air Refueling Group of the Air National Guard. SEC. 2305. AUTHORIZATION OF APPROPRIATIONS, AIR FORCE

(a) IN GENERAL.—Funds are hereby authorized to be appropriated for fiscal years beginning after September 30, 1986, for military construction, land acquisition, and military family housing functions of the Department of the Air Force in the total amount of $2,143,729,000 as follows: (1) For military construction projects inside the United States authorized by section 2301(a), $784,642,000. (2) For military construction projects outside the United States authorized by section 2301(b), $351,878,000. IPI (3) For unspecified minor construction projects under section 2805 of title 10, United States Code, $16,000,000.
