tional measures as the Secretary determines to be necessary and appropriate to mitigate the adverse effects of the project on fish and wildlife habitat. The Secretary shall (1) reexamine the adequacy and feasibility of the recommended measures for fish and wildlife habitat, and (2) reexamine upland dredged disposal alternatives. Not later than one year after the date of enactment of this Act, the Secretary shall transmit to the Committee on Public Works and Transportation of the House of Representatives and the Committee on Environment and Public Works of the Senate a report of such rexamination. The Secretary shall also adopt and implement such guidelines in connection with channel clearing and drift removal for the project as the Secretary, in consultation with the Fish and Wildlife Service, determines are necessary and appropriate to minimize adverse effects on fish and wildlife habitat.
