Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That, in the administration of the Immigration and Nationality Act, Ramzi 8 USC 1101 note. Sallomy and Marie Sallomy shall be held and considered to have been lawfully admitted to the United States for permanent residence as of the date of the enactment of this Act upon payment of the required visa fees. Upon the granting of permanent residence to such aliens as provided for in this Act, the Secretary of State shall instruct the proper officer to reduce by the proper number, during the current fiscal year or the fiscal year next following, the total number of immigrant visas and conditional entries which are made available to natives of the country of the aliens' birth under section 203(a) of the Immigration and Nationality Act or, if applicable, the 8 USC 1153. total number of immigrant visas and conditional entries which are made available to natives of the country of the aliens' birth under section 202(e) of such Act: Provided further, That a suitable and 8 USC 1152. proper bond or undertaking, approved by the Attorney General, be deposited on behalf of Ramzi Sallomy as prescribed by section 213 of the said Act. 8 USC 1183.
