(39) SECTION 11014(a).—In section 11014(a) of the bill, in section 4070(a) of ERISA, as proposed to be added, strike out "A person" and insert in lieu thereof "Any person", strike out "who is adversely" and insert in lieu thereof "is adversely", strike out "an employee organization which represents" and insert in lieu thereof "who is an employee organization representing", and by inserting "so adversely affected" after "beneficiary". (40) SECTION iioi4(b)(i).—In section 11014(b)(1) of the bill— (A) in section 4003(fKl) of ERISA, as proposed to be amended, strike out "who is adversely" and insert in lieu ' thereof "is adversely", strike out "and any employee organization which represents" and insert in lieu thereof ", or who is an employee organization representing", and by inserting "so adversely affected" after "beneficiary"; and
