Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled. That section 608(a) fsisna of Public Law 99-591 (100 Stat. 3341-74), and section 2(a) of Public Law 99-656 (100 Stat. 3668) are amended by striking out n use iioe "May 15, 1987" each place it appears and inserting in lieu thereof "*® °^ "September 15, 1987". Approved May 15, 1987.
