For an additional amount for "Allowances and expenses", $9,508,000, including "Supplies, materials, administrative costs and Federal tort claims", $8,893,000, of which $6,845,000 shall remain available until expended for the purchase of a telephone switch for the House of Representatives; "Reemployed annuitants reimbursements", $368,000; and a special session or ceremony of the Congress in honor of the Bicentennial of the Constitution, $247,000, subject to adoption of an authorizing resolution. Title I of the Legislative Branch Appropriations Act, 1987 (Public Law 99-500 and Public Law 99-591) is amended, in clause (4) of the paragraph relating to "Office of the Attending Physician" under the main heading "Joint Items", by striking out "eleven" and inserting in lieu thereof "twelve".
