(A) the Secretary may convey such tract to a trustee acting on behalf of more than one claimant for purposes of conforming the legal description to such plat; and (B) such trustee shall thereafter convey the appropriate interests to the respective claimants. SEC. 3. TIME LIMIT FOR INITIATION OF IMPLEMENTATION. The Secretary shall initiate action to implement this Act within 120 days of the date of the enactment of this Act.
