SEC. 2. FINAL REPORT.
Section 1937(a) of the Anti-Drug Abuse Act of 1986 (20 U.S.C. 4601 note) is amended by striking out "six months after the effective date of this Act" and inserting "July 31, 1988" in lieu thereof. SEC. 3. AUTHORIZATION.
Section 1938 of the Anti-Drug Abuse Act of 1986 (20 U.S.C. 4601 note) is amended by striking out "$2,000,000" and inserting "$3,500,000" in lieu thereof. Approved October 23, 1987.
